The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves – Spain Officially Becomes a Police State

Screen Shot 2015-07-13 at 11.32.48 AM
On July 1st, 2015, Spain officially became a police state. There’s simply no other way to put it. The “gag law” passed late last year went into effect on that date, and if you still have any doubt about how extreme and oppressive these laws are, let’s take a quick look at a summary published by The Local:
1) Fines for protesting

Under the new law, anyone who organizes or takes part in an “unauthorized protest” could be fined between €30,000 and €600,000 if the protest takes part near institutions such as the Spanish parliament.

2) Distrupting public events
Disrupting events such as public speeches, sports events or religious ceremonies could face fines of between €600 and €300,000.
3) Botellón
The Spanish tradition of getting together with mates for outdoor drinking sessions looks to be officially over – drinking in public will be hit with fines of €600 under the new law. And teenagers won’t escape – Parents will be held responsible for the payment of their offsprings’ fines.
4) Social media activism
Using Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to call on people to protest will be fined under the new law, an attempt to put paid to the spontaneous protests that have proved very powerful in building the indignado movement.

5) Photographing police
People will be fined for taking unauthorized photographs of the police, a measure introduced with the argument that being publically identified could put officers and their families in danger.

You cannot beat respect into someone-expect it to remain organically for a happy futuristic society!

Are the Spanish Police being used as some inquisitorial vengeance against the common population to dare question today's draconian infrastructure's authority?

It is a damnable atrocity towards any form of social democracy, against communities, nation states to inflict violent aggression to maintain social order.

Police States are evil with intense brilliancy of placing fear into the hearts and minds of people, that is mostly innately decent people.

I see democracy hanging on by a mere thread in most places where democracy is claimed to be exercised.

If enough people get involved, you'll maybe get a form of democratic systems play, otherwise draconian loss of rights enshrined into law, the police, the authority will do its best with crushing dominance to silence and disempower.

Police are wrong to smash, obliterate freedoms, pulverising the mind sets of those wishing to speak out against government, as democracy dictates too.
We cannot stand the stance of tolerance towards being threatened with a severe beating by police officers because psychopathic elites fear public uprising.

We should not live in fear against such brutality and harsh punishing state rules.

Ministers want to make it more difficult to expose what they’re up to behind closed doors

new Thursday 14th May 2015 at 09:01 By David Icke

‘Ministers could be given stronger powers to block scrutiny of public bodies under government transparency law, Downing Street has said.
Speaking ahead of the expected release of documents detailing Prince Charles’s correspondence with ministers, Number 10 argued that there was a “strong case” for beefing up the ministerial veto on freedom of information requests.
“Our view remains – as the government has argued in the lengthy legal proceedings [regarding the Prince’s correspondence] – that there is a strong case for there being the ability to exercise a ministerial veto,” he told a briefing of journalists.’

Our Tory government have an intolerable thirst to inflict legalised oppressions with lips of blue, spouting verbal destruction towards human rights, basic civil liberties and our welfare state.

Tory political bullies set a furious legalised corrupt expedition at our expense to the point it is so obvious they having to reset laws to become invisible to the public eye.

Democracy expresses an 'open government' representing its legitimacy and the Tories want a shut tight, closed one.

It is painfully obvious corruption is saturated within Tory government with a fanatical commitment to its ceaseless expansion that it needs to legalise hiding behind armed guard doors.

We are saturated by antagonising and oppressive policies and forced to walk a darken loathsome pathyway filled with sour principles and unclean wisdom by virtue of the Tory Party.

Dover police officer indicted after video shows suspect kicked in head

new Friday 8th May 2015 at 09:53 By David Icke

‘The Delaware Attorney General’s Office has indicted a Dover police office on assault charges after he was caught on camera kicking a suspect in the face.
We should warn you the video might be disturbing to some viewers.
A dash camera from another patrol car captured Officer Thomas Webster approaching Latif Dickerson following a fight back in August of 2013.’

Explosive new video shows Freddie Gray ‘shackled’ on the ground outside police van up to 30 minutes BEFORE officers called ambulance for his fatal severed spine injury

‘A new video shows Freddie Gray, the 25-year-old black man who suffered a fatal spinal injury during his arrest in Baltimore, collapsed in a heap outside a police van when officers stopped to restrain him.
Police said that they needed to stop and shackle ankles of the young man, who was arrested while screaming in pain, because he was being ‘irate’ in the back of the van.
However, the new video – shot by a witness – shows Gray hunched over on his knees and not visibly agitated during a stop that occurred in the more than 40 minutes between his arrest and officers’ call to an ambulance.
He was then taken to the hospital, where he died of a severed spine seven days later.’

Monsanto Roundup is An Endocrine Disruptor in Human Cells at Levels allowed in Drinking Water. Study

‘Roundup is an endocrine disruptor and is toxic to human cells in vitro (tested in culture dishes in the laboratory) at levels permitted in drinking water in Australia, a new study has found.
This is the first study to examine the effects of glyphosate and Roundup on progesterone production by human female cells in an in vitro system that models key aspects of reproduction in women.
Glyphosate alone was less toxic to human cells than glyphosate in a Roundup formulation; both glyphosate and Roundup caused cell death which resulted in decreased progesterone levels – a form of hormone/endocrine disruption. Endocrine disruption did not precede the toxicity to cells but occurred after it. The decreases in progesterone concentrations were caused by reduced numbers of viable cells.’

Newly Leaked TTIP Draft Reveals Far-Reaching Assault on US/EU Democracy

‘A freshly-leaked chapter from the highly secretive Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) agreement, currently under negotiation between the United States and European Union, reveals that the so-called “free trade” deal poses an even greater threat to environmental and human rights protections—and democracy itself—than previously known, civil society organizations warn.

The revelation comes on the heels of global protests against the mammoth deal over the weekend and coincides with the reconvening of negotiations between the parties on Monday in New York.
The European Commission’s latest proposed chapter (pdf) on “regulatory cooperation” was first leaked to Friends of the Earth and dates to the month of March. It follows previous leaks of the chapter, and experts say the most recent iteration is even worse.’

DPP Alison Saunders spent £7,000 on business class flights while CPS headed towards crisis

‘Alison Saunders, the Director of Public Prosecutions, spent almost £7,000 of taxpayers’ money on business class flights around the world while the Crown Prosecution Service headed towards crisis over Greville Janner and doomed trials of journalists.
Ms Saunders, who is paid £200,000 a year, flew business class to New York, Washington, Dubai and the Caribbean, and also jetted to Madrid, Rome and The Hague for publicly-funded trips while the CPS spent a year contemplating whether to prosecute Lord Janner.’

Dementia peer who’s ‘too ill for sex abuse trial’ signed letter to Lords 12 days ago saying he wanted to remain as a peer

‘Lord Janner signed a letter saying he wanted to remain a peer just a week before he was ruled unfit to face child sex charges.
Abuse campaigners last night angrily questioned why the suspected paedophile was able to remain in the House of Lords if he was too frail to be brought before court.
The Crown Prosecution Service has faced widespread criticism since announcing last week that Janner would escape prosecution over child sex allegations because he has Alzheimer’s disease.
But now it has emerged that the peer was apparently well enough to sign his name in an April 9 note to Lords authorities.’

South African companies boycott G4S over links to Israeli prisons

‘As many as 20 South African companies, including manufacturers and chain stores, have ended their security contracts with G4S in protest at the company’s links to Israeli prisons and detention centres. The news was announced by the Palestinian Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.
Speaking at a meeting at the Embassy of Palestine in Pretoria on Thursday, a spokesperson for the BDS movement said that the move comes as the Palestinians are commemorating Prisoner Day and Israel escalates its crimes against prisoners and detainees in its jails. The spokesperson pointed out that G4S has ignored repeated calls to stop providing Israeli prisons with security technology and services.’

Lady Falkender claims £128,000 for five years of taxis to Lords

‘Harold Wilson’s former private secretary Baroness Falkender offers eloquent proof that silence is golden.
While the Labour peer has not made a single verbal or written contribution in more than 40 years in the House of Lords, her continuing presence on the red benches through declining health has led to a hefty bill for the taxpayer.
For the past 15 years, in addition to claiming a £300 daily attendance allowance, she has qualified to be ferried by taxi to and from the upper house due to an unspecified disability.
Between 2006 and 2011, the former Marcia Williams claimed £128,000 from a fund to help disabled members with extra travel costs, peaking at £3,700 in a single month. Details of her claims before 2006 have been destroyed ‘in accordance with procedures’ as data is kept for only a limited time, the Lords says.’

Antidepressant use during pregnancy linked to higher rates of anxiety in children, study shows

‘Young children whose mothers took antidepressants while pregnant show higher rates of anxiety than their siblings who were not exposed to medication, a new study shows.
Researchers in Norway also found that untreated depression – without the use of prenatal antidepressants – is associated with behaviour problems in children.
The conclusions were met when scientists looked through data belonging to more than 20,000 pairs of siblings from the Norwegian Mother and Child Cohort study with babies and toddlers aged up to three.’

Shakedown of Unvaccinated Students Begins in Spokane, Washington

‘Spokane public schools in Washington state began to audit the vaccine records of students this week to identify those who are not in compliance with the recommended required vaccine schedule.
Once identified, the students will be detained along with their parents to be re-educated about vaccines, as well as to receive free jabs to get in compliance with vaccine schedules.
I wish this was satire.’
