Bolster your immune system. Turn down the volume on the fear porn.
Let’s face it. If you eat garbage, your immune system is garbage. If your immune system is garbage, you will get sick. Just how hard is that to understand? Health depends on the immune system. Sure, there are genetic predispositions towards certain diseases, but with a bolstered immune system, they can be warded off.’

Farmer who lost 800 acres of land during last winter’s flood is refused compensation – after he was told this aerial picture of devastation was ‘insufficient evidence’

‘A farmer who lost 810 acres of land during last winter’s floods was refused £11,000 compensation – after being told these aerial pictures showed ‘insufficient evidence’ of the damage.
James Winslade was forced out of his farm in Bridgwater, Somerset and had to shift 550 cattle to safe havens after floodwater reached 12ft deep in some places.
The cattle farmer was entitled to government funding to reseed his fields, but officials told him he would need to provide evidence of the damage.’

700,000 pupils to be given flu spray: Children are virus superspreaders, say officials

‘Pupils will be vaccinated with a nasal spray this winter in a bid to stop the spread of flu.
Some 700,000 children in England aged five to 17 will be offered the treatment in what will be the biggest school immunisation pilot for 30 years.
Last year, the spray – called Fluenz – was offered to all children aged two and three but this year it will also be pitched to parents of all four-year-olds.
And Public Health England (PHE) will trial the larger programme in primary and secondary schools to immunise pupils.’

‘As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in the United States for the UN General Assembly on Sunday, the Israeli government press office emailed journalists a list of supposed experts to contact on various issues related to his visit.
All those listed hail from the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Israel’s Bar-Ilan University, a hotbed of right wing nationalism in Israeli academia.
Appearing twice on the Israeli government-approved list is Mordechai Kedar, a professor of Arabic literature at Bar-Ilan University who recently advocated for the Israeli army to use rape as a tool of war.’
