The London borough that has turned homeless people into ‘criminals’

‘Homeless people face being criminalised in a east London borough due to a ban on anti-social behaviour, a charity has warned.
Under the new Public Space Protection Order in force in Hackney, police and council officers can order people to stop activities deemed anti-social – including begging and sleeping rough.
Hackney Downs, London Fields, Broadway Market, Mare Street and Regents Canal are all covered by the order.
Those who are found to be breaking the rules could be handed a £100 fixed penalty notice, or fined as much as £1,000.’

Rainsbrook G4S youth prison slammed by Ofsted report as children suffer 'racist', 'degrading' abuse from guards high on drugs

Children held at a prison run by the outsourcing giant G4S were subjected to “degrading treatment” and “racist comments” at the hands of staff who were under the influence of illegal drugs, a damning report by the education watchdog has revealed.

Ofsted inspectors who visited Rainsbrook Secure Training Centre in Northamptonshire earlier this year said staff had behaved “extremely inappropriately” towards the young people in their care, causing them “distress and humiliation”.

Frances Crook, the chief executive of the Howard League for Penal Reform, described the inspectors’ conclusions as “the worst report on a prison I have ever seen”. Six members of staff at the jail were sacked in the wake of the incidents.

Dignity is not sacred with this sham of a private corporation.

A private security company hiring 'aggressive attitudes' is a corporation of unclean and violent wisdom and this is placed within our community of vulnerable people's.

It isn't just children filled with anguish, but the unemployed filled with humiliation at the hands of G4S staff.
This story highlights the dreadful interval of fierce hosting we can expect from G4S with a seemingly fanatical commitment to continue its agenda of brute force administration upon those they're responsible for.

Clearly the staff are not trained adequately or are trained to be 'too institutionalised' and expect children to follow suit. Children are free spirits, it's why we love watching them play. It's squashed out of them and some kids don't like this and rebel.

A shattering life change as you grow up.
Children with added worries of life are troubled, the last ingredient is to be incarcerated with verbalised thugs, shunting uniform in your face, vaunting aloud their unjustly grievances and volleying 'evil' in print at them as a threat of punishment!

G4S is a corporation that cannot hide its morally depraved principles.

We've seen if before and we'll see more foul 'thug-ish' expeditions from this private security firm.

Police warn big budget cuts will lead to ‘paramilitary’ force

‘Police will be forced to adopt a “paramilitary” style of enforcement if the government inflicts big budget cuts on them, the head of the police officers’ organisation has warned.
Steve White, chair of the Police Federation, said his 123,000 members, from police constables to inspectors, fear a move towards a more violent style of policing as they try to keep law and order with even fewer officers than now.
White told the Guardian that more cuts would be devastating: “You get a style of policing where the first options are teargas, rubber bullets and water cannon, which are the last options in the UK.”’

‘Police were called to a primary school after a nine-year-old boy was caught using a ruler as a pretend sword in a playground game of ‘knights and dragons’.
Teachers have been accused of overreacting after asking officers to speak to Kyron Bradley, who waved the ruler around as he played with two friends at St George’s Bickley CE Primary School, in Bromley, south London.
The youngster’s mother Natasha Bradley said she burst into tears after hearing police were being called over a ‘stupid game’.’

City shuts off water to delinquent residents; hits Baltimore Co. homes hardest

‘Baltimore officials, trying to collect some $40 million in long-unpaid water bills, have shut off service to more than 1,600 customers in the past six weeks.
But records reviewed by The Baltimore Sun show the city’s enforcement has been starkly uneven.
While large commercial properties owe the biggest amounts, not one has been shut off. All of the service cuts so far have been to homes.
And while the majority of homes with unpaid bills are in the city, nearly 90 percent of shut-offs have been in Baltimore County. Dundalk and Gwynn Oak have each had more service cuts than all of Baltimore.’

Baltimore's poor are being punished.

Administration of hate speared through their air to pierce 'death dealing policies' at the poor for owing money to the water companies, has shut them off.

Inhumane, siege mentality, administrators with deep bitter malice towards the poor can't hide their demented words of resentment, as their actions speak loudly.

Following the tail of the one in front, administrators, dictate, obey and follow 'evil in print' to produce a true 'hunger game' society, a miserable onslaught for the poor, for the basic necessity of life, water.
It is a 'silent weapon' for a 'silent carnage' upon those suffering from poverty a true gritty doleful shade of sorrow, anguish and a fixed sadness.

They suffer an expulsion from mainstream society, and residents only face fierce dialogues frowning with scorn at them who shut their water off.

The poor are being held to ransom.

A horrendous interval in family home life with children in need of clean water and yet the corporate parks, display in arrogant splendour their water  features, their absolute control of privilege and all things they want.

It is further proof democracy is being shattered across the political spectrum, dignity is not sacred and to wreck and devastate citizens is a daily sinister principle of our age, 'the oligarchs spirit of the age' that is.

At 3ft 6in tall, the lad weighed 3st 3lb and his mum and dad received a letter saying: “These results suggest that your child’s weight to height ratio, in line with their age and sex, is a concern.”
Furious dad Paul said: “This is farcical. We got this letter saying we need to go to fat club to teach us what to feed our children.’

Why do we face dynamics of ferocious oppression, dialogues of hostility and threats to take our children at the slightest frown or disagreement by the Department of Child Protective Services?

We seemed to have developed a 'child police state society' of cataclysmic size that shatters the lives of families in an explosion of loss of freedom by the State, those working at the Child Protective Services.

This is where a 'selective civil disobediance' should be aimed at these employee's to prevent the State 'stealing' our children.

It should be aimed at those dishing out draconian sentences of domination over innately decent and peaceful families, because they can or have too via per quota.

Our stance of toleration should disintegrate spontaneously at the mere indication of the State taking parental control to extreme levels where total disempowerment arises and children are removed from their homes.

Our stance of tolerance should be raging war at the treatment of dispossessing parents of their natural rights to paternal influences over their children.

A natural right to raise them in their own preferred way, as long as the children are not being purposely hurt, let freedoms of family be.

We need to stop CPS genocidal destruction of the family with combative values and tyrannical dialogues and stop the State from stealing our children.

The Chancellor has revealed he is planning to declare a second Budget of the year on July 8.
The Tory axeman already formed a budget in March, but will now slash spending and support for struggling families even more because his actions are not limited by Lib Dem coalition partners.
Mr Osborne said: "On the 8th of July I am going to take the unusual step of having a second Budget of the year.
"I don't want to wait to turn the promises we made in the election into a reality."

State approves $30 million youth jail to house Baltimore teenagers charged as adults

‘Sate officials approved plans Wednesday to build a $30 million, 60-bed jail to house Baltimore teenagers charged as adults, a step to address years of concern about the practice of housing young city defendants alongside adults.
The U.S. Justice Department has said the state-run Baltimore City Detention Center has been violating the law by keeping the youths in the same facility as grown-ups, where teens often are secluded and do not receive school or other services while incarcerated.
The contract to renovate an existing pretrial facility on North Forrest Street near the detention center represents a compromise to an earlier proposal to build a much bigger youth jail in the city.’

Modern schools are plagued by trespassing authors called 'teachers' regurgitating government indoctrination 'toxic' principles, with bought and paid for text books that are published by controlled publishers for one giant socialisation programme.

Our education system is worrying or should I say 'resocialisation centres' are worrying?

We as parents willingly hand over to the state to control and raise our children or program them to think a certain way, by strangers (teachers) who are themselves institutionalised.

We surrender our children to government controlled operating programs for intense behavioural training.

Our children are absolutely compelled to be removed from their parents where the rules determine atmosphere and where children are forced to comply.

It is a mass group think, a hive mind syndrome, where self determination is replaced by a social collective action.

Our education system is like this animal school I heard someone say:

One monkey, one elephant and one rabbit sit down on the grass and the teacher says 'today class, we will climb trees to see who can reach the top the fastest and those who fail will be punished!' Guess which animals get punished because they just can't do the subject (climb trees)?

So our children are different but expected to produce the same level of regurgitation of lessons and those who fail, those who get frustrated at such education, or are critical, those who dare vent their anger, get in to serious trouble.

So ask yourself, what is the difference between school and prison? 

Our moderns schools in Crawley look like detention centres.

Compulsory to wear uniforms.
Corporations are inside each school influencing minds.
Bell sounding system dictating the start and end of projects.
Both have digital CCTV.
Both punish with detentions.
Solitary confinement.
No free thinking unless its set in a controlled parameter, like the subject involved.
Obey authority or your punished.
Food served up on trays like prison.
Regimented like prison.
Erosion of freedom of speech/critical thinking.
Queue for things as do prisoners.
Short recreational breaks as do prisons.
Children clock watch, prisoners scratch days on the walls.
Indoctrination and social programming as with prisons.
Banish free thinking, critical thinking and abstract thought to be told what to think and when.

They are criminalising our children and indoctrinating a punishing state educational program to normalise incarceration, normalise correctional facilities and normalise state punishments and this is shocking!

‘In the BBC’s recent Poldark drama, Jim Carter, an unemployed tin miner, is caught poaching the local gentry’s rabbit to feed his hungry family. Despite pleas for clemency Jim is made an example of by the judge, sentenced to two years, and subsequently dies in jail, paying the ultimate penalty for a minor food theft.
Perhaps someone at the Hetton Road Tesco Express in Sunderland felt a similar urge to make an example when, after spotting people on CCTV sifting through out-of-date groceries at the back of the store in January, they picked up the phone to the police. Or maybe they were simply following company protocol. Either way, the resulting court case has turned out to be a spectacular own goal for Tesco.’

'Prosecutor Lee Poppett said the couple had raised suspicion after being seen on a Sunderland City Council CCTV camera in the secure compound behind the store at midnight.
They were in the process of removing a pallet of food stuffs from the compound when they were intercepted by police.'
(Sunderland Echo...under the heading ‘Freegan’ wife sold neighbour’s vacuum to buy drugs - and has 28 previous convictions for 60 crimes'. )
She was also dealt with for two offences of theft/shoplifting sentence having been deferred earlier on the basis that she stay out of trouble, and she was also in breach of a suspended sentence for wounding two years earlier.
COME ON Graun...if the Sunderland Echo can report it accurately I'm sure you could give it a go. This is shockingly lazy journalism which does you no credit. Leaving aside that this was 'a pallet of foodstuffs' rather than a couple of out-of-date sandwiches, how else would you want the Criminal Justice System to deal with a woman with 28 previous convictions for 60 offences-including, for God's sake, wounding?! Oh, and she nicked (intercepted) a new vacuum cleaner being delivered to her neighbour and sold it to pay for drugs...or rather that's what she admitted to police rather than endure the shame of telling them she needed the money to buy food. The impression you gave me (and intended to give) when I read this article was that of a decent couple reduced to rummaging in bins, and of the 'monstous' bastards at Tesco (who should sue you given the prominence you've given to them in the photo) and the police grinding them into the ground. Was it the 'whole truth'? I think not-but why do I have to go to the Sunderland Echo to get it? Yesterdays nonsense about the Prince of Wales' letters was at least debatable. This is shoddy rubbish.

The mind's of how others choose to survive is of consequence of how society is governed.
We face a dreadful interval into our lives that can damage the human psyche for many, not all, some for some of the time, many all of the time.

To have no money is to have no power. Social exclusion is a heavy burden to carry when a crushing force of domination spears hatred at you from all angles.

Drug addiction, shoplifting, child neglect, debt and any other ill you can mention isn't necessarily a reason of poverty, but blaming an individual for any of the above without full facts is again short-sighted. 

We  have innately decent people place themselves in disastrous situations.

Do we condemn without ever knowing the full story?

Heavily based sorrow drives some to escapism at great cost to themselves. To try to live an existence away from victimhood within our communities.

Our society is a culture of divisions, and the blame of hate towards some who are victims of an aggressive political stance who go to great lengths to heal themselves, even if it is against the law, needs addressing.

‘A family says Breckinridge County Kentucky Sheriff Todd Pate, with other officers, entered their home without a warrant or probable cause and took their 10 children.
Nicole Naugler was pulled over by a Breckinridge County deputy before officers took her two oldest boys with no documentation to support their actions, an audio recording of the incident shows.
Nicole, 5 months pregnant, was slammed into the hood of a cop car, and was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after pleading with the Sheriff to not take her boys, and resisting arrest.
When Nicole’s husband Joe arrived, Sheriff Pate, with his hand on his sidearm, ordered him back his the car and ordered him to turn over the remaining eight children over by 10:00 am, a website dedicated to raising support for the family, states.’

For the last three months, the Not Just Soup initiative has seen a different restaurant cook food and serve it up in Piccadilly Gardens to rough sleepers.
And after restaurant owners willing to help out kept coming forward, the project’s founder has just pledged to keep feeding those in need for at least another three months.’

Nanzing Bani, a regional community leader, said on Sunday that the fatalities were caused when heavily-armed gunmen in military uniforms went on an indiscriminate shooting rampage in Kardarko and nearby villages on Saturday.
“The soldiers were shooting indiscriminately,” media outlets quoted Bani as saying.’

Our planet has no ethnic borders. 

 

She holds no prejudices against skin colour. 

 

No rules of whose 'soul' can stand where and at what moment upon earth's precious skin. 

 

She only lives in 'being' and hopes people will too. Yet there are those who pour bitter enraged toxic mind sets with rotting odour of 'kill, slaughter and torture others' beset on control.

 

The blood thirst of evil in suits, or evil in costume whose dire ambition is to blood spill and slaughter of the innocent is a toxic rampage across our planet.

 

Unheard cries of pain and torture over lands that belong to no human, for we all play host to our precious planet of plenty, all but for a few vicious minds intent to control. 

Fierce encounters with inextinguishable rage must unleash absolute unimaginable terror at the hearts of these people. Innately decent people who wish to live in peace like do most of us.

A death like trance on faces with hideous moral horrors attack in brute force to gain land, property and expel a race of people who bleed like they do when their skin is cut.

Our racial hatred is off scale but we bleed the same. We cry tears when hurt and we all share as host's a planet most beautiful. 

 

Its a shame not all minds are too. Please read the plight of the forgotten as mainstream media cannot be relied on to highlight what their corporate bosses dictate.

The KLA wasted little time in implementing its dream of an independent Kosovo purged of all other nationalities. Liverpool police accused of trying to starve activists out of occupied bank

Street Democracy writes: 

We should not tolerate a 'Draconian zero tolerance' attitude towards protesters for protesting by over zealous police officers.

We shouldn't tolerate predator policing towards the actions of social justice, exercising democracy for the greater good!

We therefore, do not welcome a 'police state of oppression' where our streets are no better than 'open air detention centers' and being criminalised for our mere presence!

Yet we witness protesters treated as 'detritus of society' in Liverpool despite no one being hurt or any life is threatened. The property isn't being destroyed and a peaceful message with powerful intent is being called.

In Liverpool heroic actions of democracy by the nation should be praised. 

It takes a lot of effort joining together for a peacefully gathering, so why are they labelled a menace to society?

We witness indiscriminate methods of lethal and extreme force by the police just to stop the protesting is ludicrous especially when the police are society and this is for 'THEIR CHILDREN'S' future too. 

The 'CRIMINALISATION' of protesting is increasing in our Orwellian growing society, with every march.

If we are financial slaves to a corrupt dirty system of capitalism, they are too. Actually the police take direct orders to protect their enslavement as 'immiseration' intensifies dramatically.

 

Regardless of the unification of thousands of innately decent people joining together in strength to destroy the crippling avenues of inequality.

You have to be a brave soul to protest today. Be prepared to be indiscriminately arrested and handcuffed! 

Freedoms forcibly removed by incarceration and silenced is an unhealthy democracy if a democracy at all.

‘Activists who have occupied Liverpool’s old Bank of England building to provide shelter for the city’s homeless people say they are under siege by police and claim they are being refused delivery of food and water.
Bailiffs had set up fences around the central Liverpool building where anti-austerity Love Activists are staging an occupation after being served with eviction notices on Tuesday.
Police had used a dispersal order to clear supporters away from the building and, the activists said, were now refusing to allow supplies to be taken into the building.’

Anger as Hurricane Sandy victims have to pay back emergency aid with interest

‘Thousands of families whose homes were destroyed by Hurricane Sandy are being ordered to repay some of the compensation they received from the government.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is not only demanding interest on what it says were overpayments, but Washington is ready to call in debt collectors to recoup the cash.
That is not the only blow faced by families whose lives were devastated by the October 2012 hurricane which claimed 117 lives in the US and caused an estimated $50 billion (£32.5 billion) damage.’

Obama Unveils Plan to Further Nationalize Local Police

Street Democracy writes: 

We have every right to express a deeply embittered out cry towards social injustice!

We have a right to show legitimate rage towards overtly hostile policing. 

Be angry at the 'fierce venting' enforced policies enshrined to law disempowering us regardless of our guilt or innocence.

We see the dark and eerie drill. 

Crowds 'appear' hostile by volume of people, however, that doesn't make them violent, just peace loving people demanding their voice be heard.

But police feel justified to wear 'riot gear' as precautionary measures, meaning they're dressed for war giving a psychological impression of conflict.

We know plain clothes controlled provocateurs destabilise crowds and the police only too willing to make arrests.

Staged rioters blacken peaceful protesting right across the spectrum in each nation.

Interestingly mainstream news highlight's hostility, angry crowds and only emphasising looting, smashed windows and mindless violence giving impression protesters are barbaric mob of imbeciles.

We have a 'punishing State' gaining power by 'hideous moral horrors' formatting policies with intolerable thirst to create destabilising societal techniques.

It successfully gives false impressions. 

It 'creates' conflict between the public and authority.

Orchestrated by oligarchs fearing public awareness of a corrupt system in general and rebel. Their concerns justify heavy weight policing to purposely make unruliness.

Oligarchs are paranoid and have one agenda, Agenda 21, an Orwellian Draconian State prepared for us.

Widely lambasted as “Common Core” for police, the Obama plan outlines dozens of controversial “recommendations” to be foisted on state and local law-enforcement agencies using federal tax dollars as bribes — the same unconstitutional process used to impose the hugely unpopular national “Common Core” standards on states and schools nationwide. ‘Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, the same mayor who admitted in a press conference that she gave rioters room to destroy the city, is one of President Obama’s appointed mayors on his Task Force on 21st Century Policing — a task force put together after the Ferguson riots to look at nationalizing police policies.
“The federal government can be a strong partner in our efforts in build better relationships between the police and community,” she said in written testimony before the task force.
It’s a topic I’ve covered numerous times over the years; from small local police forces being given military battlefield equipment, to the Department of Homeland Security using Terrorism Grants to take over local police forces, this country’s police departments are being targeted for takeover.’
