‘More than 12,000 people have signed a petition to stop Joan Rivers performing in Nottingham after her remarks about the Israeli-Gaza crisis.
The performer courted controversy last week when a reporter asked for her thoughts on the Palestinian death toll.
Ms Rivers said: “Oh my God! Tell that to the people in Hiroshima. Good. Good. When you declare war, you declare war. They started it.’
